
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy dating back to the Egyptians. This is a holistic therapy meaning we treat the whole body through certain pressure points on the feet or face. Think of the feet and face like mini maps of your body. Through applying pressure to different points “reflexes” on these mini maps the body & mind can release tensions and stresses, encouraging the body to balance and heal itself.
Through reflexology we as therapists help you find your way back to your natural balance and give you techniques that can last a lifetime.
